Adding Notes

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add notes to various entities, such as pupils, groups, and assessments. It explains how to add text and upload evidence for each note, and highlights the ability to view, edit, and delete notes. The guide also mentions the feature of searching notes using keywords.

You can view all notes within your organisation on the Notes page, with the latest note appearing at the top of the list.

You have the ability to create notes and upload evidence for individual pupils, classes/groups, and assessments.

In this example we are going to add a note to a pupil's profile, click "Add note"

Type your note in the text box, upload evidence if desired, and click "Save note" when finished.

You will now see the new note in the overview page and the note will also exist within the pupil's profile.

You can view and make changes to the note anytime via the "Edit Note" button.

You can also add notes to classes/groups; click "Classes & Groups".

Select the group to which you want to add a note.

Click "Add Note"

In the same way as adding a note for an individual pupil, enter text for the group, upload any evidence you wish, and save the note.

Click "Year 6 Swimmers"

You will now see the note within the group profile ......

You can delete a note at any time from the overview page. Check the note you wish to delete and click on "Bulk Action" you will then be able to delete the selected.

Select "delete' to permanently delete the note or "cancel" to return to your notes

You can easily search notes by using keywords such as pupils' names, activities, or skills mentioned in the note.
