Adding Notes to Assessments

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add general assessment notes and individual pupil notes.

You can add notes to your assessment. For a general assessment note, Click "Notes"

Select the "Note" field and add any observations you wish to make on the overall assessment.

Add any attachments as evidence, such as pictures, videos or work the children have completed. Click "Save Note"

You can now view the note you created in the Notes section of the LMS.

You can also add individual pupil notes linked to the assessment. Choose a criteria and pupil you wish to make a note about, and select a circle. Now click "View/add Notes"

Edit the note as before. You can see in the body text of the note which criteria and pupil you are making the note about. Decide whether the note reflects the start or end of the criteria score.

Click "Save Note"

You can now see an indicator on the assessment itself that Michael has a Note against this criteria.

Both the Notes just created are now visible in the 'Notes' view
