Adding Products After Initial Order

This is the process to add a product to a customer account number that already exists in Bundle Portal in an existing order that is created by you. If the initial order is not created by you or you are not able to locate the order using the mentioned method please contact your account manager.

Navigate to [https://bundle.xyzies.com](https://bundle.xyzies.com/Web/DashProgram.aspx)

Click the "Start typing to search..." field.

Type in the identifier of the existing order typically the account number.

Click "Account#"

Click "Action"

Click "Modify Order Item"

Click "- select Product -"

Click "Mobile"

Click "--Select Package--"

Click "Mobile Line"

Click "- select status -"

Click "OnlineOrder"

Click this text field.

Type the Mobile Order Number

Click "Add"

Click here.

Click this dropdown.

Add the information for each line

Click this dropdown.

Save the order with all the correct items and you're done!
