Adding Staff as Users

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add users.

On the bottom left hand corner of your screen click on the "settings" cog and select "user admin".

Select "Add User"

Complete all the fields for the user including full name and email. The email must be an organisation email such as admin@mybestschool.org

Select which type of user access you wish to grant to your staff member - **Viewer** = Access to lesson plans and resources only - **User** = Ability to view, edit, add and remove pupils and classes and edit assessments and notes (this will suit most teachers in your org). - **Admin** = User-level access plus the ability to add or remove users from your organisation. - **Owner** = Receives correspondence with regards to your subscription as well as the admin features as well as Admin level access

Click "Save Details"

You will now be able to see your new user in your User Admin area. The user will receive an automatic email to set their password so they can begin using The PE Hub.
