Navigate to [https://app.cleanclaims.com/](https://app.staging.cleanclaims.com/)

Click "Admin"

Click "My Organization"

Click "Users"

Click "Add user"

Click the "Role" field

Click "Temp"

Click "Save"

Click the "Search" field and type the name of the created user or find the user in your User Management list.

Find the user and you can manage the project access that you want to give. Click the "Manage Project Access" key icon

Find and add the project you would like to give the user access to.

Click "Grant Access"

If you want to set an expiration date for access to the project, you can do so and the access to that project will be revoked on the expiration date.

Select the expiration date for access to this project

Click "Save"
To revoke access to a project follow the steps below

Click "Manage project access"

Click "Revoke access"

Click "Save"

In the User Management, you will be able to see the quantity of projects assigned to that user. You can manage this again, by clicking on the Project Access icon.
If the user is part of multiple organizations, you will be able to click on the Organization icon in the top right of the application, and switch between accounts to gain access.
