Adding a New Location

Login to [Checkmate Portal](http://mm.itsacheckmate.com/) using your credentials

Go to **"Onboarding Portal"**

Select the Brand to which you wish to add a new location

Click on **"ADD LOCATION"**

Fill in the necessary details in the "**Add New Location**" popup.

Click "**COMPLETE**" to add the new location.
Completing the Location Onboarding

Once you add a location successfully, Click "**START**" to start the location onboarding form.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Location Onboarding.

You can also Complete Tasks later by going to the Location List > Select **View Tasks.**

Select **Start** under "**Step 1: Location Onboarding Form**" to complete the form.

Once the form is submitted, you will have to complete the “**Ordering Platform Setup**” for your location. Learn more about how to complete this step [here](https://support.itsacheckmate.com/hc/en-us/articles/8123206263963-Ordering-Platform-Setup-step-in-Onboarding). Once you have submitted the details for your ordering platforms, our team will take over the “**POS credential verification**”, “**Location Setup**”, and “**Menu Mapping**”. We will provide you with updates along the way!
