Adding a Real Estate Listing to Your Admin Panel

Learn how to add a Real Estate listing to your system. We recommend you copy/paste majority of the information from the Realtors website and or Zillow/Trulia.

Navigate to your 220 Admin Panel (admin.my220.com)

Click "Marketplace"

Click "» Real Estate"

Click "Create"

Enter in the property's address as the "Listing Title"

Click the "Select Listing Category" field and choose the most appropriate category.

Type in the property's current price.

Type in the number of Floors the property has.

Select the number of bed's the property has.

Type in the address of the property.

Select the appropriate "Property Type."

Type in the city.

Select the state.

Type in the zip code.

Copy/paste the description of the property the Realtor already is using.

Type in the year built.

Select all of the potential features the property has.

Select the status of the property.

Type in the Square Footage of the property.

Type in the square footage of the lot.

Select "Real Estate Inquiry" as the preferred lead capture.

Add images of the property.

Click "Choose Image(s)"

Click "Upload Images"

Click Browse to locate the photos of the listing you saved.

Click the images you want to use and select "Upload"

Click this image.

Hold down "Ctrl" to select up to 10 uploaded images.

Click "Select"

Click and move the images to organize them.

Click "Done"

Click "Save"
