Adding a web resource using the Cite It! button.

Please ensure that you already have the Cite It! button in your browser bookmark bar. (Instruction are available on the Reading List Guide for Academics).

Find the web resource that you wish to add (newspaper article, Youtube, Podcase etc). Select the "Cite it!" button on your Browswer bookmark bar.

This will open up the "Add this to my List" Panel. From here you can select the appropriate source type ffrom the "Type" field.

You may need to check and add details, as the automatic fill may not have scraped in all the relevant data.

Select the "Select or search a list \*" field.

Find your reading list.

Select "Add" Note: you can also select a particular section to put the item into.

Close the window.

The item should now be on your reading list.
