Adding & Editing Volunteer Profiles in the Dashboard

Accushield

Within the dashboard, you can edit details related to guests, volunteers, residents and staff. However, if you need to change a phone number or name related to a **provider** account - please reach out to [techsupport@accushield.com](mailto:techsupport@accushield.com) for assistance.

Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

Click "Accounts" & choose "Volunteer"

If you want to add a volunteer profile, click "Add" - this means their profile will already exist in your system, even if they haven't sign-in to the Accushield Kiosk yet. During their first sign-in, the system will recognize their phone number and won't ask them to input their name.

Fill out the "First Name", "Last Name" and "Phone Number" fields. The other fields can be filled in, but aren't required. Fill in the "Phone" field with the number they'd use to sign-in to the Accushield Kiosk.

We'd encourage opting this person in to receiving your future Connect SMS text messages with the "SMS Messaging" and "Email Messaging" toggles.

Click "Save" once you're done adding your details.

To find existing volunteer profiles, you can fill in the "Search by Name or Phone" field. You can type in a first name, last name or phone number.

To view / edit an existing volunteer profile, click their name from the list.

Click "Edit" on their profile and update whichever fields you'd like to change. If their phone number needs to be edited, we'd recommend having this volunteer create a new account while at the Kiosk. Save once you're done making edits.
