Additional User > Enable or Editing Replenishment Roles

Learn how Admin Web Users can manage the web additional users to be able to use the Coburn's Replenishment Program. NOTE: This will only work for Admin Web users for a company that has been enabled to use the Replenishment Program.

Click on the **HI icon** to go to your **My Account Page** at <https://www.coburns.com/my-account>

On the **Additional Users page**, you can see which of your additional users are enabled for Replenishment and which are not depending on if they have the 'truck' icon under their name.\ \ Any Web Admin Users, can click the '**pencil**' to edit that additional users information.

Once you click the **edit pencil**, a box will open for that user. Click the **ROLE** drop down and select **Replenishment User.**

Once you add the Role of Replenishment for that user, you can scroll down to see **additional fields** where added in that box that needs to be filled you to enable the user: - Name - Alert Email (This person gets a copy of Replenishment Confirmations) - Branch (The Coburn's location that will process your order) - Replenishment Account # (The account that will be charged) - Pickup or Delivery - Ordering Schedule: Select which Day(s) to process your order - Delivery Time - Default Job Name **Don't forget to click SAVE!**

Once you click save and go back to the Additional User page, you should now be able to see the Replenishment Information you enabled for that user.\ Please ensure it is accurate.
