Navigating to the Review

Navigate to [https://unified.neogov.com/dashboard](https://unified.neogov.com/dashboard)

Click on the "Performance" tab on the top header.

Click "My Team’s Evaluations"

From here, you can find your team's current reviews and can select a review by clicking on the title.

This is the main page of your review. If you click on "Process" you will be able to see the outline of the process.

You now see the steps in the review process. The Admin/Admin Professional Review process starts by launching the coworker feedback survey, which is prompted by the green "Go to Task" button.

Launching the Coworker Feedback Survey

On the main evaluation details page, click "Launch Survey"

Click the "Survey" field - if the survey does not populate automatically, type "coworker" to have the system pull it up.

Click "Coworker Feedback Survey"

Do not change any settings on this page of the survey.

Click "Save and Continue"

You can invite individuals to respond to the survey by clicking the "Invite Participants by Name" field and searching for the name of that person.

Alternatively, you can invite individuals to respond to the survey by clicking the "Invite Additional Participants by Email" field. When entering emails, be sure to type out the full email and press [[Enter]] afterwards to "add" it. Then you can add your second email and press [[Enter]] again.

Click "Launch"

Once you launch the survey, you will not be able to add additional respondents, and your respondents will have 2 weeks to fill out the survey before it is closed.

When you are sure you are ready, click "Yes, Launch Survey"

Viewing Coworker Feedback

Click "View Active Survey"

On this page, you will see the list of respondents the survey was sent to and the status of their participation. When they have submitted the survey, this page will also show their responses.

Completing the "Launch Survey" Task

After you have launched the survey, click "Go to Task"

Click "Complete Task"

Writing the Review

Click the green "Rate" button on the evaluation details page to begin writing.

For each competency, the rating scale is outlined in narrative text.

For each competency, you are required to select a rating.

You can also type comments in the open text field. There formatting options available to you in the bar above the comment box.

Viewing Employee Review Content

You can click on "Reviewer Entries (1)" to see what your employee has input on each competency.

Click "Collapse Supplemental Resources" to minimize this window.

Accessing the Employee's Job Description

If you'd like to review your employee's job description as you fill out your review, click "Job Description" on the left-hand navigation bar.

When you are finished reviewing, you can close out the pop-out window.

Releasing the Review to Employee

When you are ready to share your review with the classified employee, click "Submit Evaluation"

Click "Continue" to submit your review - this will allow the employee to see your review within the system.

The window will now say "Success!" to indicate you are finished with this step. You can now click "Close"

If you return to the process tab, you will now see that the rating step is completed.

Completing "Performance Review Meeting" Task

The next step is a task to prompt you to schedule and hold your performance review meeting with the employee. Click "Go to Task"

Click "Complete Task" to indicate that you've completed this step.

Signing the Review

Click "Approve & Sign"

Click the green "Approve & Sign" button if no changes need to be made. If you need to make changes, click the "Deny" button to return the review to the editing phase.

After clicking the "Approve & Sign" button, you may enter any final comments before clicking "Submit"

On the process page, you will now see that the final step is approval from the supervisor's supervisor.
