Admin Interface: Events List Tab

In this walkthrough, administrators learn how to use the Event List tab to sort, filter, and edit event details efficiently.

The new admin interface is being released in phases. At this time, no action is required, and enabling the new interface is optional. This walkthrough explores the Events List tab, available from the Events tab.

Note: This walkthrough is demonstrated using the HorseReg platform. Left navigation labels may vary slightly by sport-specific platform, but overall functionality remains the same.

To activate the new admin interface, log in, then select your account icon (your initials) in the top-right corner and choose *Enable New Dashboard* from the dropdown menu.

Then use the left navigation menu and hover over the *Events* menu to begin. Then select *Events* to open the *Event List* Tab.

The *Event List* table displays all events in a paginated view, allowing you to efficiently browse and manage large numbers of events.

Use filters to refine your search by name, organization, event types, registration status, and listing status.

For events that have used a sanctioning/permitting application, they will be visible as a LISTING. Click the listing status or the gear icon to update Listing details.

For events that are hosting event registration on Uplifter, the status of the event registration is illustrated by the Registration Status icon. Edits can be made by clicking the Registration Status or Gear Icon.
