Adobe Lightroom Shared URL Advanced Presentation Workflow

This works for paid Lightroom and lightroom.adobe.com - Does not work for phone or tablet apps. Last week, Cierra shared her work, and I learned something new that I wanted to pass along to all of you. There are even more presentation options available in the URL you share. You can add sections additional headings and subheadings. Let’s take a look at how to access these new workflow options.

Click here - This is where we start and create the URL

Click "Customize"

Click here - Customize on web

You are now in your album - Here you can move the photos around, add or change your title. confirm your name is listed as creator.

This is the new information - When you scroll between the photos a section divider appears click the Add section divider group.

After clicking the add section divider group you can add more info into your presentation a Heading for each group and a subheading.

Even as you are changing elements and creating new grouping you can move photos in and out of groups.

Add multiple groups if needed just click the "+" for a new section divider group

Click "Edit" to add more heading or subheading information.\ - Click, Play and Explore!

Click "Photographic exploration of the College of Southern Nevada North Las Vegas Campus 2024/25"

Click "Done"

Click "Share album menu"

Click "Settings"

Click "Share & invite" - Make sure all info is toggled to on here.

Click "Copy link" - this is the link you can share and will submit for class.

Click "Done" when finished
