Navigate to [https://aca-prod.accela.com/KANSAS](https://aca-nonprod.accela.com/KANSAS-NONPROD2/Welcome.aspx?TabName=Home&TabList=Home%7C0%7CLicenses%7C1%7CCompliance%7C2%7CCurrentTabIndex%7C0) Enter your login credentials then click "Sign In"

Click "KREC Licenses" to display your records then click "Update Record" next to your license.

To add an affiliation with a new company/branch while maintaining your existing affiliations, select "Add Affiliation" amendment then Click "Continue"

Alert! *A Salesperson may only be supervised by ONE broker. You will not be able to add an affiliation with a company or branch office not supervised by your current broker.*

Click "LOOK UP" to search for the Company or Branch Office you will affiliate with. You may search using the Company/Branch ID number, the company name or the Supervising Broker's first & last name. Click LOOK UP. ***Tip:*** *use % for wildcard searches*

Choose the correct office from search results then click CONTINUE. Repeat steps 4 & 5 to add multiple affiliations. *If there is only one matching record, system will auto-populate the company/branch information. Skip to **STEP 6**.*

Tip! *If you need to confirm the office address matches your target office, click EDIT below the office information.*

Click "Continue »"

Review your new office selection, read certification and click Certification check box. Click Continue.

Request has been submitted; the new broker will be notified and once they approve your affiliation, the request will be processed. You will receive an email notification once the change is complete.
