Affiliation Management (Remove Affiliation)

Navigate to [https://aca-prod.accela.com/KANSAS](https://aca-prod.accela.com/KANSAS/Login.aspx)\ Enter your login credentials then click "Sign In"

Click "KREC Licenses" to display your records then click "Update Record" next to your license.

To remove affiliation(s) or deactivate your license, select "Remove Affiliation" amendment then Click "Continue"

Click the checkbox next to the affiliation(s) you want to remove then click "Edit Selected". Check "Remove Affiliation" box next to each office then click "Submit". *If you want to deactivate your license, mark all of your affiliations for removal.*

Click "Continue »"

Alert! *If you have chosen to remove all affiliations, check the deactivation acknowledgement then click CONTINUE.*

Review your selections. Scroll down, check certification box then click CONTINUE.

Request has been submitted; the new broker will be notified and once they approve your affiliation, the request will be processed. You will receive an email notification once the change is complete.

Alert! *If you are removing your affiliation with an office you supervise, additional action is needed to process the request. You must submit a Broker Change or Close Company/Branch. Both requests can be submitted online or [paper form](https://www.krec.ks.gov/resources/forms).*
