After Submitting a BS/SA - How to finalize a Submission

This guide walks you through the steps to manage your Billing sheets and service agreements and finalize the Billing sheet and Sign the Service agreement

Find the Preview Email of the BS/SA # you just submitted

If there is information that you need to update, follow the next steps of how to update your submission before approving.

Updating BS/SA

To update the submission\ \ \ Click the Zoho form link: <https://forms.zoho.com/KGFS/form/OfficeFormBillingSheet/record/pKVfP3mZbG2jTju0WHyKHpj60VzDqYCQpsX_SNXG9VA/edit>

Make the changes needed and then on the last page, Click "Update" to submit form

Once you are satisfied with the BS/SA preview. we will now go into how to approve the submission.

Email Approval

Open approval request email for the correct Submission #

Click "Reply All"

Type "approved" in email body

Click "Send"

Signature Process

Find the Docusign request email for the Submission .

Click "Start Signing" in email

Click "Proceed to document"

Finalized Documents Billing Sheet and Service Agreement

Billing Sheet Section

Find the approved BS email for your submission to see the finalized Billing sheet.

Service Agreement Section

After you have signed and the contractor has signed, you will receive a copy of the signed SA
