There are two levels of organization in AgSense 365: Farms and Groups.

To access Farms and Groups, click Device Management in the menu.

Farms and Groups allow growers to organize their devices and fields in AgSense 365, making it easier to manage their operation. You can move devices between groups by dragging the double arrow to the left of the device ID.

Within AgSense 365, the growers account will already have a default farm called "My Farm" and a default group called "Group 0".

In many cases growers will only have one farm associated to their account.

The default farm and group is represented by a key icon and it cannot be deleted.

If the grower wants to rename the farm or group, they can do so by selecting the pencil icon.

Each farm must have at least one group but growers can add as many as they want.

If a grower had multiple groups, they can navigate to the Farms tab and click Add.

When growers have larger operations, there may be other people who need access to the devices. The grower can call their dealer to request to share full control of all their devices. Customers who own devices on their account can share access to these devices with other users on their own AgSense 365 as well.

Under the sharing tab, click the 3 dots to the right.

Select "Manage Sharing"

You can now share devices with other users and unshare devices as needed.

Note: While devices can be shared with multiple users, farms and groups cannot be shared. Each user will need to set up farms and groups on their own.
