Reviewing/Replying to New or Past Messages

To initiate a chat with other agents in our system, begin by logging into our platform, either through the website or mobile app.

Once logged in, select the text icon.

From this page you can review unread and read chat threads or start a new chat by clicking "+New Chat".

After selecting the property related to a message, you can choose the agent whose message you want to review.

From here you can read the agent's message to you.

You can respond in the chat pox provided. Click "Send"

Now you can move to your other messages. Again, select the listing you want to see communications about and then the agent's name.

Type out your message and hit 'Send'. The agent will receive a notification that you have replied.

You can also start a new chat via this screen.

Search by listing or agent. Select the listing you want to communicate about.

Click "Start New Chat"

Type your message in the text box provided and hit send.

Click "chat" button on top bar

Click "+New Chat"

Search for your listing and click the result to select it.

Now search for the agent you want to chat with. The agent doesn't have to have a pending or confirmed appointment, you can chat with anyone in the system.

Type the agent's name and select them from the list.

Click "Start New Chat"

Use the text box to type your message.

Once you type out your message, hit send. You will then see the message populate in your chats, organized by listing.
