Agents: Adding STAX Coverage to a policy

This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding supplemental coverage to an existing policy. In the guide, STAX is used as the example, but any type of supplemental coverage can be added by following the same steps.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and log in.

Keying STAX Coverage

Select the correct crop year, click the "Search Insured or Policy" field, and search by the insured name or policy number.

Click the policy to which supplemental coverage will be added.

After selecting the commodity, click "Actions" on the Crop Summary screen.

Click "Add Coverage".

Select the county/commodity and choose "Supplemental Coverage" as the insurance type, then click "Create".

Enter the required information and click "Save".

Click "Close".

Adding Form Dates and Processing Finalized

From the Crop Summary screen, click "Actions".

Click "Enter Form Dates".

Enter the insured sign date, agent sign date, and signing agent, then click "Save".

Click "Processing Finalized".

Click "Close".

To complete the process, scan the signed documents into Document Management and upload to the policy so the underwriter can verify the information.
