Navigating to the AgriNet Connect App

Navigate to <https://mobile.agrinet.agrisompo.com/login>using the device on which the app will be installed. Note: You must be connected to the internet to download the app.

Use your Policy Holder Access (PHA) credentials to log in.

Alert! Before installing AgriNet Connect on your device, ensure that your device is updated with the latest software release. Note that installation may vary depending on the type of device.

iOS Installation

From the Open Claims page, click on the "**Share**" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Click "**Add to Home Screen**"

Click "**Add**" The AgriNet Connect App icon will appear on your home screen.

Android Installation

Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click "**Add to Home Screen**".

Click "**Install".**

Click "**Install**" The AgriNet Connect App icon will appear on your home screen.

Navigating the Claims Page

Change the crop year by using the drop-down arrow, or click on the magnifying glass to search for and Account Name/Policy or change the crop year.

The landing page displays the grower's name along with any associated claims. For each claim, the claim number, claim type, county, and crop will be shown.

To filter through the claims, click on the "**Funnel**" icon.

Use the drop-down menus to apply any necessary filters. Click "**Apply Filters**" to save your selected options, or click "**Clear**" to remove all chosen filters.

The number next to the filter icon indicates how many filters have been selected.

Click the "Profile" icon in the upper‑right corner of the screen to access options such as updating your password, changing your email address, contacting AgriSompo, or requesting AgriNet support. The top of the menu displays the name of the grower currently logged in, and the bottom of the menu provides the option to log out.

Tracking a Claim

Click on a claim to view its progress.

The Tractor image shows the progress of an open claim.

For additional details on the progress, click on the "Eye" icon to view more information.

If a closed claim is selected, the page will display the indemnity amount along with the date it was paid. If no indemnity was issued, that information will also be shown.

Claims with associated payments will include the current Notice of Loss and Proof of Loss documents, which can be viewed.

Hyperlinks to the agent's, adjuster's and underwriter's email address and phone numbers are available for convenient access.

Click “Claim Progress” to view the completion date for each step in the closed claim.

Billing Tab

Select the "Billing" tab. This will display the status of payment for each policy and policy type.

Click on an arrow to view the policy details and click "Billing Statement" to download a PDF of the statement.

Paying a Bill

Click on " $ Pay Bill" at the bottom of the screen.

Alert! The ‘Pay Bill’ feature will be visible only if your account has a balance due and the billing falls within the current crop year.

You’ll see a breakdown of balances for each policy on this step, along with the total account balance and any pending payments that are still being processed. This helps clarify what’s currently due and what’s already in motion.

Click "Next" after choosing "Account Balance" or entering an "Other Amount" to continue with the payment process.

Alert! If a pending payment is present, an alert will appear to let you know that your payment cannot exceed the remaining balance after the pending payment is applied. This alert appears when "Account Balance" is selected or when an amount entered in "Other Amount" is higher than the remaining balance after the pending payment is applied. The alert also clearly states the maximum amount you are allowed to pay.

Fill in your banking information (for help, click on "Where to find this info?"). Select the Account Type. Click on "Send Payment" when finished.

You will notice a payment confirmation once the payment is sent. The payment will process overnight.

Tip! There's no need to log in to pay your bill! Simply follow the steps below for quick and easy access to complete your payment.

Pay Bill WITHOUT Logging In

Click "Pay Bill" without logging in.

Complete the "Customer ID" and "Tax ID" fields with the appropriate information. Click on "Continue". PLEASE NOTE: When entering in your Tax ID, DO NOT include dashes.

You will be taken directly to **Step 1** of the *Pay Bill* process, where you can continue by following steps 27-30 in this guide.

Pay a Bill Using the QR Code on the Billing Statement

Scan the QR code on your billing statement to go straight to the bill‑pay login page and quickly take care of any outstanding balance.
