**Note:** Dual-Season Wheat has a **9/30 cancellation date** and **cannot be transferred from another AIP for the Spring 3/15 Sales Closing Date (SCD)**.

**Note:** A Spring policy change may only be requested if **no Winter acres have been planted**. **Note:** An MPCI Application/Policy Change form must be printed, completed, and signed by both the Insured and the Agent. The signed form must then be scanned and uploaded to finalize the process.

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct crop year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search by Insured name or policy number.

Click the policy from the policy list to request the policy change on.

Click the "Edit" button from the "Commodities" screen.

The click the "Edit" button from the "Crop Summary" screen.

From the "Coverage Information" screen, click the "Actions" button from the upper right hand corner.

From the drop down list, click "New Policy Change".

From the "Pending Changes" tab, make the desired changes from the drop downs available.

For Dual Season crops and it is **AFTER** the Fall SCD, the "Spring App After Fall SCD" will be visible and the radio button **MUST** be checked. Once all edits have been made, click the "Save" button. **NOTE:** All edits requested will show a blue line around the box.

Click the "Close" button from the upper right corner.

**NOTE:** The "Crop Summary" screen will now have a yellow "Pending Changes" note listed under the coverage until the Underwriter has either approved or denied the pending changes.

A new MPCI Application/Policy Change form will need to be scanned into Document Management and posted for review.
