Agents: Entering Form Dates

This guide provides a step-by-step process for agents to efficiently enter form dates in AgriNet. This guide can be utilized on all policy types and commodities.

Agrisompo

Navigate to [https://agrinet.agrisompov.com/policy](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy) and sign in using Duo.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and key the insureds name or policy number.

Click the Estimate/Policy number from the "Policies" column.

Click the "Edit" button from the Commodities section.

Click the "Actions" tab.

Click "Enter Form Dates".

The screen defaults to the "Application" tab. Click the "MM-dd-yyyy" fields to key the date(s) appropriate for the box(s).

Select the "Signing Agent" dropdown and select the signing Agent.

After all information has been entered, click "Save"

Click "Processing Finalized" to signify that all keying for the application process is now complete. This will notify the underwriter to review the estimate and convert it into a policy once the application is scanned into imaging using the document management system.

NOTE: Once the "Processing Finalized" has been selected, the green checkmarks will show.

To enter form dates for other reporting events, click the associated tab and follow the process above.

Click "Close"

NOTE: the yellow checkmarks signify form dates have been keyed by the agent or processor.

Using document management, upload the corresponding forms and post to AgriNet to complete the keying process.
