Agents: Generating Acreage Reports in Mapping

Agrisompo

Navigate to: <http://www.agrisompo-mapping.agrinet.agrisompo.com>

Before generating a book or report, ensure that all acreage lines are updated so the most current and accurate data is reflected.

Hover over "Printing" at the top of the Mapping screen. This will list all the documents available to be printed in Mapping. To generate an Acreage Report, you will either choose the Map Based Acreage Report (MBAR) or the Field Based Acreage Report (FBAR). The two reports can be generated and printed as a batch as well.

Generating a Single Report

Click on either the MBAR or FBAR option.

The Print Wizard will open and allow you to choose how you would like the report sorted, choose printing options, customize labels and more. Note: Use custom labels if you would like the field labels to be something different than what you already have set in your Map Display Settings. To use Custom Labels, first click the "Use Custom Labels" box and then choose the labels to be displayed.

Click "Run Report".

Click "Download .pdf". The report can now be found in your download folder.

Generating a Batch

Click "Printing"

Click "Batch Map-Based Acreage Report" or "Batch Field-Based Acreage Report".

Select how you would like the report sorted, choose printing options, customize labels, and more.

Generating a Batch for an Entire Agency Code

Type in your Agency or Agency Code. Click the box next to your agency. Note: If the agency has multiple agents, you are able to narrow it down even further by selecting an agent(s).

Click "Run Report"

Generating a Batch for a Selected Few Policies

List the policies with a comma between each one.

Click on Run Report and wait for the Green Complete notification.

Alert! When generating FBARs, you can select up to 5 crops to include in the report.

Retrieving the Reports

In a new tab, navigate to <https://upload.agrisompo.com/login> and log in.

Click on the "FTP" folder.

Click on your Agency Code.

Click on "Batch PDF Documents".

Click on your folder.

Click on the batch you would like to open.

Here you will see all the reports within the batch. You will be able to print them in your office, or you can contact your System Support Specialist to print them for you.

Ordering Acreage Reports

Agents can generate and print all items for their insured directly in their office. If assistance with document generation is needed, please fill out the Mapping Order Form.
