Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using Duo.

Click the correct crop year to work in from the drop down.

Add New Insured

Click "Add Insured".

Key all data boxes on this screen and then click "Save".

Click "Contact Information" tab.

Key all information on this screen, then click "Save".

If any remaining information on other tabs needs to be keyed, do so at this time. If not, click "Close".

Click the insureds name from the left column.

Add an Estimate Number

Click the "Actions" tab.

Click "Add Policy"

Choose the selection from the drop down boxes, and click "Save".

Tip! One policy may cover several counties and several crops, provided they are all in the same state. However, PRF, Annual Forage, and Apiculture must be written on their own separate policy because they are Rainfall Index programs and cannot be combined with other crops.

Notice the estimate number has been created. Estimates will have a green folder to the right of them and will not be converted to a policy until all application data has been keyed and scanned in to the Underwriter to be converted.

Alert! Once a policy has been accepted by the underwriter and is no longer in “estimate” status, you will no longer be able to make changes in the system. This includes adding landlords, tenants, SBIs, or a POA. Any updates after acceptance must be submitted to the underwriter or completed using a Policy Change Request (PCR).
