Acreage Crop Reporting Streamlining Initiative (ACRSI) is a USDA sponsored program that allows the agent to electronically submit planted acreage to the FSA office for the insured to sign.

Although acreage will be submitted electronically, please keep a copy of the 578 in your records for reference and documentation purposes.

At the insured level, Click "Actions".

Click "ACRSI Reporting"

To filter the fields before adding a Commodity Type and Commodity Use, use the drop-down menus to select a county, crop, practice, Type, FTF, Acres, or Planted Date. Note: At minimum, a user will need to select a crop in order to select a Commodity Type and Commodity Use.

Click the blue filter icon to narrow down your choices.

Use the drop-down menus to select a Commodity Type and Commodity Use.

Check the boxes next to the fields to apply the selected commodity type and commodity use.

Click "Apply Type/Use"

Click "Save"

Yellow Save indicators confirm that the save was successful.

Click "Submit" when finished. This will send the data straight to the FSA office.

Repeat the steps for each crop to be certified.
