Agrisompo

Navigate to [agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy](https://agrinet.stage.agrisompodev.com/policy) and log in.

Keying Insured Information

Select the crop year and click "Add Insured".

Key all applicable information on the "Insured Information" tab.

Click the "Contact Information" tab.

Key all applicable information and click "Save".

Click "Close".

Click the insured's name.

Adding an SBI

Click "Actions".

Click "Add SBI".

Key the applicable SBI information and click "Contact Information".

Key the contact information and click "Save".

Click "Close".

Alert! Once a policy has been accepted by the underwriter and is no longer in “estimate” status, you will no longer be able to make changes in the system. This includes adding landlords, tenants, SBIs, or a POA. Any updates after acceptance must be submitted to the underwriter or completed using a Policy Change Request (PCR).

Adding a Policy

Click the insured's name in the left tab.

Click "Actions".

Click "Add Policy".

Key the applicable information and click "Save".

Adding a Plan and Commodity

Click "Actions".

Click "Add Coverage".

Key the county, commodity, and insurance type, then click "Create".

Key the plan, level, options, and any other applicable information, then click "Save".

Click "Close".

Tip! One policy may cover several counties and several crops, provided they are all in the same state. However, PRF, Annual Forage, and Apiculture must be written on their own separate policy because they are Rainfall Index programs and cannot be combined with other crops.

Printing an Application

From the commodities screen, click the "Printer Icon".

From the "Application & Policy Changes" tab, click "MPCI Application".

to print a populated form from the information keyed in the policy click "Create Populated Form". To print a Blank Application, leave the radio button defaulted to "Create Empty Form", choose the Agency to print from the "Agency Select" drop down box, and include any additional Report Options desired by clicking the corresponding radio box. Once all desired options have been selected, click "Run Report".

After clicking on "Create Populate Form" leave the default selections or select custom options as needed, then click "Run Report".

Click "Download .pdf".

View the PDF online and "Save" or "Print" as needed.

Alert! All questions on the application must be answered even if it is being used as a policy change form.

Alert! If adding another crop to the policy, the application must be signed by the primary insured or the FSA Power of Attorney.
