Agents: Keying Standalone STAX Coverage

Agrisompo

Navigate to [agrinet.agrisompo.com](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy) and log in.

Click the correct crop year, search for the insured's name, and select the insured from the box at left.

Creating a New Estimate/Policy Number

Click "Actions".

Click "Add Policy".

Enter the agency, policy type, state, and any other applicable information. Click "Save".

The estimate number has been assigned at this point. To add a commodity, click "Actions".

Adding a Plan and Commodity

Click "Add Coverage".

Enter the county, commodity, and insurance type, then click "Create".

Enter a plan type and level percentage, then click "Save".

Click "Close".

Adding Supplemental Coverage (STAX)

Now to add STAX. Click "Actions".

Click "Add Coverage".

Enter the county, commodity, and supplemental coverage type. Select the county/crop to which coverage will attach, then click "Create".

Enter all information and click "Save".

Click "Close".

Click "Edit" on the Commodities page.

Changing STAX to the Standalone Policy

Click "Edit" on the base coverage plan on the Crop Summary page.

Select the "Stand Alone – STAX" check box.

Click "Save".

Click "Close".

You will see that the STAX policy is now labeled “STAND ALONE”.
