Agents: Keying a Master Yield

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how key a Master Yield for a policy. Use this process to set it up correctly and quickly and move through the policy with ease.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct Crop Year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search by the insureds name or policy number.

Click the Estimate or Policy from the "Policies" column on the left to work in.

Once the estimate has been clicked on, it will expand and show all counties/crops listed in the policy. Click the crop to add the Master Yield too.

From the "Crop Summary" section click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down the dropdown list and click the "Add Line" option.

**NOTE:** A Master Yield can not be obtained unless the producer has **FOUR** years of actual production history.

Click the Unit boxes and key in "0000" and "0000". **DO NOT** set a unit option at this time.

Select the correct option from the "Practice" dropdown list.

Each Practice/Type/T-yield Map Area requires its own Master Yield database. Multiple "MY" databases are allowable in AgriNet.

Select the correct option from the "Type" dropdown list.

From the "Uninsurable" dropdown, select the "Master Yield" option.

Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-out screen and click the "Save" button.

Click the "APH" tab from the left column after AgriNet saves.

Answer the questions and then click the "Save" button.

Go to the top of the pop-out window and click the "Close" button.

On the "Lines" section, note that AgriNet has now auto-populated the unit structure of "MU" for "Master Unit".

Continue to add additional lines as needed. AgriNet will automatically add to the Master Yield accordingly.
