Agents: Mapping Order Form

This guide provides a step-by-step process for filling out the AgriNet Mapping Order Form, ensuring you can efficiently request mapping products tailored to your needs. By following these instructions, you can streamline your order submission, receive timely updates, and ensure accurate delivery of materials. Agrisompo

Navigate to [https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy)

Click the "Waffle Icon"

Click "AgriNet Support"

Click "Digital Ag/AgriNet Mapping"

Click "Mapping Order Form"

Enter the appropriate email address in the "Raise the request on behalf of" field. This is the email that will receive all order updates. Also confirm that "Share with AgriSompo Employees" is selected in the "Share with" field. NOTE: If you submit a request on behalf of someone else, the "Share With" box will not appear. In this case, the request will automatically be shared with the AgriSompo employees.

Select your region from the drop-down menu.

Add your first and last name.

Add your Agency Code and Agency Name.

Add your Phone Number

Add your email address.

Enter the full shipping address where you want your items delivered.

Select your user type.

Select the mapping products you want to request. You may choose more than one.

**Select *Batch Print All Policies* or *Print Only Policies Listed*. If you choose to print only specific policies, an additional field will appear where you can enter those policy numbers.**

Enter the requested Crop Year.

Choose how you want the materials sorted from the drop-down menu.

Choose the labels you want applied to the materials from the drop-down menu. You may select more than one.

Choose the legend and printing options from the drop-down menu. You may select more than one.

Click "Yes" to display imagery, or "No" to hide it.

Choose a binding option.

Enter any additional order details here.

By clicking "Send", the request will be sent to your Digital Support Specialist. They will be contracting you in regards to your order.
