Agents: New Acreage Change

This guide will walk you through the process of adding a new field to an existing insurance policy. Learn how to update acreage, enter form dates, and finalize processing to ensure accurate coverage.

Agrisompo

This new feature is available to agents for **up to 30 days** after the Acreage Reporting Date listed in the AIB for the county/crop being edited

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct crop year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and enter a policy name or policy number.

Click the policy to work in from the Policies column on the left.

Un-Verifying Acreage Lines

Click the "Edit" button from the commodity to make a change to.

**NOTE:** The Acres on the Lines page have a green check mark next to them.

Click the "Edit" button from the Crop Summary screen for the main coverage.

From the pop-out screen, click the "Actions" button from the upper right hand corner.

Scroll down and click "New Acreage Change".

Click anywhere in the "Acreage Unlock Reason" field.

Key a **detailed** reason why the lines are being "unverified" and then click "Save"

After the system saves, click the "Close" button.

**NOTE:** The Acres on the Lines page now have a yellow check mark next to them.

Adding an Additional Field

Click the Line to make the edit(s) to.

Click the "Fields" tab from the left column.

Click "Add Field"

Click the "Farm" field and key the additional field information. Note: The previous FSN/Tract values are automatically populated based on the field that was most recently added. To use the same FSN/Tract, simply tab through the fields to auto-fill the information.

After keying the field information, click the "Save" button or "Save & Update Line".

Click the "Close" button.

**NOTE:** The Acres on the Lines page still have a yellow check mark next to them, but the acres increased with the additional field.

Re-Verifying the Lines

Click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click "Enter Form Dates".

Click the "Acreage" tab across the top.

Click the "Processing Finalized" button.

**NOTE:** The "Company Received" date is now populated, as well as the "Processing Finalized" check mark has been populated.

Click the "Close" button.

**NOTE:** The green checkmarks have been reinstated verifying the Lines.
