Agents: Printing Batches from the Agent Portal

This guide provides a straightforward process for accessing and managing batches; including viewing, printing, and saving batches. It simplifies navigation through the AgriSompo Agent Portal, ensuring users can efficiently handle their claims and reports. By following the steps outlined, users can easily access important information and resources, enhancing their productivity and organization.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

After signing, click on the "App Grid" or "Waffle icon".

Click on "Batch/Agency Portal" from the drop down list.

A new browser window will open with the AgriSompo Agent Portal and "land" on the Home page.

From the "Home" tab, any open claims information will display on this page, along with "Contact Information" for the different regions and any "Current News".

Click the "Batches" tab, from the 4 list in grey.

A list of all available batches will list from most recent to oldest. Click on the "Report Name" of the batch you want to view.

A pop-out window will appear. To print or download all in the batch, click the radio button next to "All" to check all boxes easily.

Note that all reports now have a check mark in the radio buttons show they are all selected. Next, click the "view" button.

Printing the Batch

A .pdf viewer screen will open. Note that all are visible in the column in the left, and there are 63 pages in total. Click the "Printer" icon in the upper right hand corner.

A new window will appear. In the "Destination" box, select the correct printer to print to. Once all settings are selected as desired, click "Print".

Saving the Batch as a file

To save the batch as a file on your computer to print later, click the drop down box next to "Destination" and change to "Save as PDF". Then click the "Save" button.

A window in from your computer will open and can name the batch with a file name and save it directly to your computer for later use.
