Agents: Printing a Blank Application

This guide provides instructions on how to navigate AgriNet to locate and generate a MPCI Application/Transfer/Change Form. Follow these steps to efficiently run the report and download it as a PDF file. It walks you through signing in, choosing the reinsurance year and agency, selecting Empty/Batch Forms, and running the report so the agency name prints on the blank form. Use it to produce instantly printable blank applications without entering insured information.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Select the correct Reinsurance Year to work in.

Click the Settings Toggle or "Person" icon.

Scroll down and click "Empty/Batch Forms"

From the "Applications & Policy Changes tab, click on "MPCI Application". \ **NOTE:** Any available BLANK forms are listed here.

The "Create Empty Form" will be defaulted, as there is no insured information for AgriNet to print yet at this time, leave defaulted. From the "Agency Select" dropdown list, select the "Agency" that this application is being generated for. From the "Report Options" column, add any addition options desired.

Once all elections have been made, click the "Run Report" button.

AgriNet will generate a .pdf version of the MPCI Application. After it generates click the green "Download .pdf" button.

Once the application has been downloaded, it will open in the .pdf viewer on your computer. **NOTE:** The Agency selected from the "Report Options" screen will print on the blank application.
