Agents: Reporting Same Year Production Unit/Acreage Level

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for entering and finalizing Same Year Production both at the Unit Level and the Acreage Level. Follow these steps to accurately record production and update the APH database records efficiently.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Select the correct crop year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search for the insured or policy to report to.

Click the policy to report SYPR to from the policies column.

SYPR Quick Report - Unit Level

To report one commodity, click the commodity's "Edit" button. To report all commodities at this time, skip to step 7.

Click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click the "Report/Verify Same Year Production" option.

From the SYPR pop-out screen, key the "Post Quality Production" box and set the "Production Type" and "Yield Descriptor". Leaving the "Pre-Quality Production" box left empty.(This is for claims purposes only) Repeat the process as many times as needed for each unit.

After all units have been keyed, Enter the Insured Signed Date at the top of the screen, then click the "Save" button.

Review information to make sure everything is correct. Once reviewed, then click the "Close" button.

SYPR Quick Report - Acreage Level

To get to this screen, review steps 1-7 from above.

When multiple lines share one unit, the option to report at acreage level becomes available. To do this, click on the radio button to the right of the first Line in the Unit.

The "Unit's" information will now be greyed out and unable to be edited; however each line will now have boxes next to it, ready to be keyed.

**NOTE:** The sum of all insured lines' Production and Planted Acres is shown at the "Unit Level" The "Production Type" at the unit level will update after clicking "Save"

After all units/lines have been keyed, enter the "Insured Signed Date" at the top of the screen, then click the "Save" button.

Once AgriNet saves, then click the "Close" button.

Reporting SYPR on the Lines APH Tab - Unit Level

To get to this screen, follow Steps 1-5 from above.

Click the "Edit" button next to the line to report SYPR to.

Click the "APH" tab from the left column.

NOTE: The "Actions" button allows a user to: **Add a Line** - adds additional line information if needed.\ **Reset** - Resets any keyed data and takes it back to default settings\ **Resync** - Manually "pushes" the data to the next Crop Year to update the APH 10 year grid.

On the APH tab, scroll down to the SYPR box to choose how to report. For one Line/Unit, choose the Unit Level.

After keying the "Post-Quality Production", setting the "Production Type" and the "Yield Descriptor" and the information is correct, click the "Save" button.

Scroll to the top of the pop-out window, and click the "Next" button to move to the next line/unit.

Reporting SYPR on the Lines APH Tab - Line Level

From the APH tab, click the "Lines" tab in the middle of the screen.

**NOTE:** This APH database is shared by 3 separate lines on this policy. All shared Lines will show on this tab.

Click the "Database" tab, to enter production.

Scroll to the bottom of the APH database screen and click the drop-down arrow next to the "Chose Report Level" option, and then click "Report at Acreage Level".

**NOTE:** Now all the Lines are visible and ready to have corresponding production keyed accordingly.

After keying the "Post-Quality Production", and setting the "Production Type" and "Yield Descriptor", then click the "Save" button.

Scroll to the top and then click the "Close" button.

Entering the SYPR "Form Dates"

From the crop summary screen, click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click the "Enter Form Dates" option.

Click the "Same Year Production" tab on the pop-out window.

Key the "Insured Sign" date, and then click the "Save" button.

After AgriNet saves, then click the "Processing Finalized" button.

After AgriNet processes and the green check is visible, click the "Close" button.

After keying the Same Year Production and keying the dates, use [Document Management](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Agents_Upload_Documents_using_Document_Management__SR2PmIAVQeSEXy8Xj-hAeQ?referrer=documents) to upload the Same Year Production Report.
