Agents: The PAW & the PAIR

For each perennial policy, both a PAIR and a PAW must be maintained on file. To enter signature dates and complete the required digital policy questions, follow the steps outlined below. After completion, ensure that all supporting documents are uploaded to AgriNet using the Document Management system.

Agrisompo

Policy Search

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct RY to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search for the Estimate/Policy or Insured's Name.

Policy and Commodity Selection

Select the Estimate/Policy to work on from the Policies column on the left.

Click the "Edit" button from the Commodities box.

Click the "Edit" button from the Crop Summary section of the screen.

Keying Dates and Questions

Scroll down and click the "Miscellaneous Dates" tab from the left column.

Check to see if inspection is needed: every 5 years or if the PAW triggers a PAIR. These Dates are usually keyed by Underwriting, but checking to see if they need updated will expedite the process.

Click the "Insured Signed" option from the "PAW" section and key the date.

Click the dropdown arrow from the "Questions" section of the PAW to answer accordingly.

Answer the question in the dropdown section. After all have been answered, click the "Save" button.

Click the "Close" button.

After keying dates and answering the questions, scan all forms into imaging by using [Document Management](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Agents_Upload_Documents_using_Document_Management__SR2PmIAVQeSEXy8Xj-hAeQ?referrer=documents) and posting the documents for underwriting review.
