This guide provides essential instructions for agents on how to effectively access and manage Acreage Status Reports through the AgriNet platform. By following the steps outlined, users can ensure their policies are up-to-date and accurately reported, which is crucial for timely claims processing.

Navigate to [https://agrinet.agrisompo.com](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/dashboard/policies)

Option 1- AgriNet Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard

Click "Acreage"

Click "Filter"

Select the appropriate filters, then click "Apply Filters".

The dashboard will feature charts and lists of your agency's policies to determine what is done, what is in progress, and what is completed.

Option 2- Acreage Status Report

Click "Reports"

Click "underwriting"

Click "Acreage Status Report"

Filter print options to only print the appropriate season crop.

Click " Run Report"

Click "Download.pdf". The report will be in your download folder.

Agent sign Rpt. Date = Acreage Report has been signed Comp Acre Rpt Rcvd = report has been scanned into AgriSompo Schedule Ins Print Date = PASS-accepted

Option 3- Individual Policies

Search for a policy. In the **Crop Summary**- look for the marks under A/R **Red Circle** = acreage is incomplete **Yellow Check** = acreage has been keyed **Green Check** = acreage has passed and been accepted

**Alert!** While it is important to make sure your Acreage Reports are accurate and complete before you send them in, please do not wait to scan in your reports until the last minute. Claims, such as PP and Replant, need an official Schedule of Insurance to be printed before claims can be paid.
