Agents: Unlock APH Database

This guide explains how to unlock an APH database, update acreage information, and enter the production reporting date. Follow these steps to ensure the APH database is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct crop year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search for the policy to edit.

From the "Policies" column on the left, click on the policy to make a change to.

Click the "Edit" button next to the commodity to edit.

**NOTE:** The green checkmarks in the “Yield” column indicate that the APH databases are verified. To make any changes, the record must first be unlocked.

To achieve this, click on the "Edit" button from the "Crop Summary" screen.

A pop-out window will appear. On this screen, click the "Actions" button from the upper right hand corner.

Scroll down the drop down list and click "New APH Change".

When unlocking the APH databases, you must enter a reason in the provided field. Please give a detailed explanation of why the database is being unlocked and specify the changes that will be made.

After entering a detailed reason for unlocking the APH database, click the “Save” button to apply the update.

Click the "Close" button to close the window.

NOTE: The APH databases are now unlocked and can be edited and corrected as needed.

Adding Production Date to Complete APH Databases

To "Complete" the APH databases, click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down the drop down list and click "Enter Form Dates".

Click the "Production" tab in the pop-out window.

Key in the "Insured Sign" date box and key the date the producer signed the production report.

After entering the correct date, click the "Save" button.

Once the system saves, then click the "Processing Finalized" button.

Note the green check mark under "Processing Finalized". Now, click "Close".

Note that now the "Yield" column has yellow checkmarks, noting that the APH databases have been "Completed".
