Agents: Update F/T/F from CLU Tool

This guide provides essential instructions for using the F/T/F Update Tool, enabling users to efficiently update Farm/Tract/Field shapes and associated planting events. Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> Search for the insured and open the Mapping System.

If CLUs are not up to dated they **will not** appear on the MBSOI.

Update F/T/F from CLU Tool

Click "Tools"

Click "Update F/T/F from CLU Layer"

On the Update F/T/F from CLU window you will find: - **Policy F/T/F and Policy Acres** Displays the current Farm/Tract/Field shape and acreage as shown on the map before updating. - **Existing Planting Events** Lists planting events already associated with the current shape. - **Updated F/T/F and Updated Acres** Shows the new Farm/Tract/Field shape and acreage that will be applied after the update.

Click the "magnifying glass" icon to locate the exact position of the shape you are working with. Once selected, the shape will appear in green on the map, confirming its location.

Use the dropdown menu for each shape to assign the correct planting events. Check the box next to the event to include it.

To update a shape after selecting its planting event, check the box on the far left. If you want to update all shapes at once, check the box next to "Policy F/T/F".

Click "Update"

Overlap Tolerance Tool

Tip! Select *Use Overlap Tolerance* to specify the overlap amount used when determining which CLUs are eligible for replacement. The tolerance can be adjusted as needed. Follow the steps below to learn how to use this tool.

Hover over the "Information Icon" to view the recommended percentage range for using this tool.

By default, the percentage is set to 1.00%. Changing this value updates the list of overlapped CLUs. For a CLU shape in the CLU layer to appear in the list, it must overlap a map shape by at least the percentage you entered.

Click "Use Overlap Tolerance"
