Agents: Upload Documents using Document Management

Agrisompo

Navigate to[ https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy) and sign in.

Click the "app grid" icon.

Click "Document Management".

Uploading a File

Click "Upload files".

If you have access to multiple agencies, select the drop-down menu to choose which agency the documents will be associated with. Click "Select Agency".

Drag and drop documents into the dotted box, or select "Click to upload".

Entering an In-Progress Batch

A pop-up window will appear. Search for the .pdf, .tiff, or .jpg file that needs to be uploaded. Click the blue batch numbers to enter the batch. NOTE: You can choose to upload multiple files at one time.

Identifying an Unknown Document

If the documents come in as "Unknown" they need to be identified. The three pages pictured below are an application. Click the "Select All" box to select the pages.

Key the reinsurance year, form, page and policy number. Select the magnifying glass to search for the policy name; it will appear under the policy number.

Once all the information has been keyed, click "Assign".

The documents will now be labeled "Manually Identified" in green. The "Unknown" value should read "0".

Posting a Batch

Click "Post to AgriNet".

Click "Yes" to post the documents to AgriNet Imaging.

Entering Comments

To leave a comment that is only visible to the agency, click the area under the "Comment" column header.

Enter the comment for the batch.

Click outside of the comment box and the system will automatically save the comment.
