NOTE: Setting user preferences only affects the username that is signed in. It will not be an "Agency" or "Company" wide settings change. Each username will be able to set their preferences accordingly.

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Click the "Settings Toggle" or person icon from next to the "Search" bar.

Scroll down the drop down list and click "User Preferences".

Sort Annual Lines

The "Annual Lines" tab will correspond with row crop commodities similar to corn and soybeans and allows the user to elect how the Lines/Units are displayed in order on the screen.

Click each tab to set preferences for each one. Important to remember to click "SAVE" when done, for the settings to go into effect.

Skip APH Recalculation on APH Save

The "APH" tab will stop the **instant** recalculation of the APH while users are working in the APH Database. While using this option, databases will recalculate every 15 minutes. **This user preference will turn off all APH Recalculation on APH Save for all policies attached to this username.**

To recalculate a database while **APH Recalculation on APH Save** is turned on, users will have to manually trigger the recalculation.

Manual APH Recalculation Option 1: While in the APH, after saving your APH changes, click on "details" next to the Approved Yield. This will bring up a box showing how your APH is calculated. Clicking details allows for the APH to be recalculated.

Manual APH Recalculation Option 2: While in the APH, after saving your APH changes, click on "Actions" followed by "Rate Policy". This will trigger the policy to be rated allowing you to see the updated APH calculations.
