Agents: Using the Reconciliation Tool

This guide offers a comprehensive overview of how to effectively use the Reconciliation Tool to manage planting events, link and unlink data, and make necessary acreage adjustments. Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrisompo-mapping.agrinet.agrisompo.com/>.

To open the Reconciliation page, click "Reconcile".

Unit Linking Tab

Click "Unit Linking".

To arrange the data in a column, click the arrows adjacent to the header.

Units can be filtered by PLSS or FSN, or the drop-down menus may be used to filter by Unit or Farm Name.

To filter the linked events, use the drop-down menus.

All unlinked events are displayed in the Reported Unlinked Events section at the top of the window. To link an event to a unit, click on one or more events, then click a unit. Your selections will be highlighted in blue. Click on "Link Planting Event(s)". The linked events will be moved to the Linked Events section at the bottom of the window.

All linked planting events will appear in the Linked Events section at the bottom of the window. To unlink a planting event, select on one or more events; this will highlight the lines in blue. Then, click on "Unlink Planting Event(s)". The selected planting event(s) will be moved to the Reported Unlinked Events at the top of the window.

Select the bold Shareholder icon to reveal the shareholders associated with a field. Note: The number on the icon indicates the total number of shareholders.

Clicking on the map icon will direct the user to the associated field on the map.

The total planted acres will be displayed in the lower right corner of the window.

Acre Adjustment Tab

Click "Acre Adjustment".

To arrange the data in a column, click the arrows adjacent to the header.

To filter the planted events, use the drop downs menus.

Select a planted event to modify the acres, plant date, or Prevented Plant acres, or mark a field as uninsurable. Once the event is selected, it will be highlighted in blue, and the relevant fields will become active, allowing adjustments to be made. Note: The revert icon restores all adjustments to their original state.

Select the bold Shareholder icon to reveal the shareholders associated with a field. Note: The number on the icon indicates the total number of shareholders.

Click "Save" to confirm changes made.

Summary Tab

Click on the "Summary" tab.

Use the Planted Acres section to verify total planted data for all counties and crops on the policy. The Field Acres section displays the county and total reported acres. The Unreported Acres section displays all unreported acres.

Once all reported and unreported data is confirmed, click "Update All Acreage Line(s)" for each county and crop. This will send all updated data to AgriNet. Note: A green checkmark will appear once the lines are updated.

NOTE: Before generating reports, Click "Update All Acreage Lines" to push and update the data.

Date Entry Tab

Click "Date Entry".

Fill in the insured signature date, agent signature date, and signing agent.

Click "Save".

Click "Processing Finalized".

Green check marks will indicate that the finalization was successful.

Once an agent keys the dates for an acreage report and presses the Processing Finalized button, the system will immediately populate the Company Received field with the current date.
