An Overview of the Food & Beverage (F&B) List

This article provides an overview of the F&B List and how to navigate through it.

To go to the F&B list, please open the **Reservations** module > **F&B List** tab.

The F&B list will always be opened on today's date. **Please note:** You may only view the F&B list per day, and not per week/month.

Use the arrows to scroll through the dates. **Or,** click on the date clicker to choose a specific date.

The F&B list displays the following information about the reservation: - The reservation number: click on it to open the reservation - The room number - Number of guests - Guest name

The add-on field will show which add-on (meal) was selected.

The rate plan field shows which rate plan the guests are staying on. This helps for viewing packages for example.

The F&B list will always open up with the breakfast filter first. This is useful because breakfast is the first meal of the day and where only some accommodations also offer other meals, most will first consider serving breakfast. Use the checkboxes to navigate through the other meals.

Directly from the F&B list, you can send a copy to your team members by using the email button. You can also print the list here from this section.
