Add additional responsible persons

You will probably have more than one person in your organisation managing the CAE, or you may need to assign backups when well‑deserved holidays arrive. In this case, adding additional responsible persons is your solution. They would be like people copied on the emails sent from MySmart OSH.

To add an additional responsible person, go to step 2 of the co‑ordination assistant and click "New additional responsible person"

In the "Search employee" field, select a person from the list.

The record list for the "Search employees" field is based on previously created employees, so they cannot be created from here. If you tick the "Enable sending of CAE emails" checkbox, this person will receive the same emails as the external company's responsible person, as an additional responsible person.

This checkbox "Enable sending of CAE emails" only affects email. Simply being an additional person responsible will already give them access to upload/validate documentation in the same way as the person responsible for the external company.

The checkbox "Active" allows you to enable/disable the additional responsibility. This action is very useful for enabling specific people only during the post-holder's holiday periods, sick leave or other authorised absences.

To finish, click "Create and associate"

And your additional person responsible will now be linked correctly!
