Apply OCR to a PDF in Blackboard

Navigate to your course shell.

Click on the accessibility score meter to fix the PDF.

To apply the OCR, click "Preview and Apply".

Click "Apply"

Your score has now increased! OCR scores may not give you a 100% accessibility score and you may need to tag your PDF for the next steps. Remember, improvement is the goal!
