Click "Apply to be a Participant"

Fill out the application as accurately as possible.

Click "Submit Application"

Within 48 hours you should receive an email letting you know if we have a program that will fit your needs. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, reach out to [therapy@windfallequestrincenter.com](mailto:therapy@windfallequestrincenter.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Tip!
