Navigate to [https://icnarelief.org/back2school/](https://icnarelief.org/back2school/)

Click "What We Do" Select "EMPOWER Grant"

Scroll to "APPLY NOW" and click "APPLY NOW"

Complete the registration fields to create your account. If you already have an account, select “I already have an account”.

If you are registering for the first time, you will be prompted to **[[verify your email address]]**. Follow the link sent to your inbox before continuing. If you already have an account, simply **[[sign in]]** with your existing email and password.

Click "Start a new Empower Application"

Click the "I agree to the above EMPOWER Application Requirements." field.

Click "Save & Next"

Begin with the **[[Contact Information]]** section. Enter your name, email, phone, and address etc, then click **[[Save & Next]]**.

Complete the **[[School Information]]** section, then click **[[Save and Next]]** to continue.

Complete the **[[Grant Request Summary]]**. Describe the problem or community need, your current classroom objective, and the project timeline. Enter your request amount and provide a detailed project budget with how funds will be spent and how the amount was determined. When finished, click **[[Save & Next]]**.

Go to the **[[YouTube Video]]** section, upload your video, then click **[[Save & Next]]**.

[[In the ]]**File Upload**[[ section, upload your ]]**professional resume**[[, ]]**letter of recommendation from your school principal**[[, ]]**Social Security card (PDF)**[[, and your ]]**completed, signed, and dated W-9**[[ (with correct SSN and address). When finished, click ]]**Submit**[[.]]

If you are ready, click **[[Yes]]** to submit. If not, click **[[No]]** and return later.
