Click here

Click "CENTRAL: Once Partners" and wait for the data to load.

Find the product that you want to adjust the prices for.

Tip! The prices shown in the grid are price that will show on your quotes.

Tip! If you apply your trade discount to correctly reflect your true buying cost you will then be able to see your actual profit for each quote in Once Mobile.

Alert! It is not possible to add trade discount to promoted \[P\] products. If you require trade discount on these products please contact support@onceconnected.co.uk

Click "+ 20% VAT" to add VAT.

Click "Apply To All"

If you need to adjust a specific price band. Select that price band in the drop down list.

Click "Extras"

Click "Fascia Cassette"

Click here

Once your happy with the price adjustment you have made. Click "Upload Products and Settings" cloud icon to show the updated prices on your Once devices.

A box will come up to confirm you want to upload. Click "Yes".

Click "OK"

Click "Settings"

Click "Check for new data"
