Applying for ACSI Micro-credentials

Navigate to our Certification platform, Learning Builder, by visiting [acsi.org](https://acsi.org).\ Click on the words "Accreditation/Certification" at the top of the page.

Click the "Credentialing For Teachers & Administrators" tab.

Click the orange "Log In To Online Certification Platform" button.

Use your ACSI login credentials. \ Your username is typically your school email address.

If you don't have an ACSI account, use the "Create User Account" instructions on the right.

Click on the "CEUs/Certification tab" and select "My VPP" to open your Virtual Professional Portfolio.

Towards the top of the page, is an entire task group devoted to Micro-credentials. More will be posted as we build them. You can always visit [our website](https://www.acsi.org/accreditation-certification/certification-for-teachers/micro-credentials/micro-credential-providers) to learn more about the specific Micro-credentials we offer.

Click the "+ Add Micro-credential" button to view your choices.

Clicking the carrot next to any Micro-credential will allow you to see more detailed information about the requirements and objectives of any Micro-credential. You will also see this information when you click the blue "+ Select" button for any one of them.

After reading, if you'd like to continue towards uploading your verification documents, click the blue "+ Select" button.

Enter the approximate date you completed the last of the requirements.

Upload your signed and completed Verification Form. \ Each Micro-credential has its own Verification Form that can be given to you from your program representative or by emailing [certification@acsi.org](mailto:certification@acsi.org). The specific instructions of how you obtain this form will be outlined in the requirements listed on this screen.

Click the orange "Continue " button to move on to the payment gateway.\ Micro-credentials may vary in cost depending on the program, but most application fees are $50.

Click "Pay Fees" to enter your credit card information.\ Micro-credentials are usually evaluated within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email with instructions on how to locate and print your Micro-credential certificate once it has been issued. \ \ Micro-credentials will be also listed as "Endorsements" on any ACSI Teacher/Administrator Certificate you may have in the future.
