Approve High-Cost Work Orders in Planon - Cost Center Owner

Work requests with total estimated costs above $3500 require an approval from both the cost center owner and VP/dean (or their delegates). When a work order requires approval, you will receive an email from no-reply@planoncloud.com. Click on the email in Outlook to view.

Click "click here" to open the approval form.

Review the order information in the form. To approve the request and send on to the VP/Dean, first click "Estimate Accepted"

Next, add comments. Finally, click "Submit" The work order has been sent to the VP/Dean for approval.

To return the work request to Facility Operations Management to adjust the estimate or respond to follow-up questions, click "Request Estimate Adjustment", add comments, then click "Submit" NOTE: if you would like to add any questions or comments regarding the work order estimate, those will need to be sent outside of this form. Please reach out to the FO Management team via email.

To reject the work request, click "Estimate Rejected", add comments, then click "Submit" The work order has been cancelled. All users associated with the work order will soon receive a notification. No further action is needed.
