Go to Corrective Maintenance>Supervisor>Maintenance Console"

Type "198276"

Go to Work Requests(All work requests not issued can be found in Approved status.) Issue work request by clicking on the Issue Icon.

Click "Yes"

Issued work request will be moved to Issued and In Process.
