Archiving Settings

In this tutorial you will see the recommended archiving settings for your Squeegee account.

We generally recommend only altering the settings shown in this tutorial to ensure the app runs smoothly with minimal disruptions. If you are unsure whether to change a setting, please contact our support desk on support@squeeg.ee where we can advise further.

Go to Settings > Archiving.

You can then configure the retention period that alerts will be kept for before being automatically archived - the recommend time period we suggest is 2 weeks.

You can set the maximum number of messages that will be stored locally - the less displayed the better the performance, but more is better for viewing offline. We generally recommend 2000.

You can set auto archiving on the account - we recommend always keeping this enabled to ensure the best performance of the app.

Finally, you can set the maximum age for old appointments to be stored locally - again less is better for performance while more is better for viewing history while offline. We would recommend 12 weeks.
